The opening reception will be hosted by Drs. Julie and Ernest Vargas of the B. F. Skinner Foundation. Interpreters will be available to facilitate conversation between Chinese and international attendees, and all are invited to attend. At 7:00 pm join us in the Foyer of the Kowloon Ballroom for a cash bar and a demonstration of Chinese traditional crafts (light appetizers will be available at 8:00 pm. Opening remarks will be made in the Kowloon Ballroom at 7:30.
