Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.75%, subject to change) and a $3.50 occupancy tax per room per night in effect at the time of check-out. Please note that a cancellation fee of one night room + tax will apply for rooms cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled arrival.
All rooms must be accompanied by a credit card and will be charged a one-night non-refundable deposit on December 10, 2025, as well as for any reservations made after this date.
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is December 15, 2025. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted at the Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on room type availability.
